Can I see the studio prior to booking?
Certainly just contact us for an appointment.

What if something breaks in the Studio?
Damaged caused directly by you, your assistants or models to equipment or the building, such as dropping or pulling over a Flash head, will be chargeable at the full repair rate. General equipment failures such as Flash tubes or electronics failing will not be charged.

What if I cancel the booking?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide us with 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being credited to your account. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee.

Is everything I need included within the rates given?
In general enough equipment is included within the inclusive price for most needs. The facilities page shows what's included, not included are:

Excessive use and damage of backdrop papers
Overtime charges if applicable.
Cleaning charge if Studio has been left dirty and not "As found"

Is smoking permitted?
The building and the studio itself has a NO SMOKING policy. It is a condition of the building insurance that smoking is prohibited.

Can I make a provisional booking and confirm later?
We will accept a provisional booking. In order to be fair to all clients we reserve the right to cancel a provisional booking if you are unable to confirm the booking immediately upon request.

Are studio staff present during my shoot?
Usually staff are not present in the shooting area. However in order to ensure our equipment is properly used, for your first shoot, a staff member may be present. Unless a Staff member is asked for assistance they will remain quietly in the background. This will be discussed with you when you make the booking.

Am I allowed extra time to set up and clear away?
Your booked time needs to include sufficient time to both set up and clear away back to the "As Found" condition of the studio. Whilst the studio does not clock watch to the minute we reserve the right to charge extra time in excessive cases.

What form of payment do you accept
At this time we accept only cash. Please bring the exact amount as change may not be available.
